14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. YOU AND WING SNOB EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, both you and Wing Snob waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14.4 Time Limitation on Claims
